One subscription. Every device you sign in on.
A 7-day free trial, then $9.99 per month. It covers iPhone, iPad, the Windows desktop app and the browser version — and it is purchased inside the iOS app, through Apple.
United States price. Apple displays and charges the price for your storefront.

Bought in the iOS app, billed by Apple.
Ledgerlyne does not take payments itself. There is no checkout on this website and no way to buy a subscription in the browser version or in the Windows app.
- The subscription is an in-app purchase on iPhone or iPad
You start it inside the Ledgerlyne iOS app, using Sign in with Apple. Apple processes the payment and manages the billing.
- The first 7 days are free
The trial runs for 7 days. If you cancel before it ends, you are not charged.
- Then $9.99 per month, automatically renewing
Payment is charged to your Apple account at confirmation and renews each month unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
- The same subscription unlocks everything else
Sign in with Apple on the Windows desktop app or the browser version and the subscription you already have applies. Nothing extra to buy.
The iPhone and iPad app is built and awaiting App Store review. Because the subscription is an in-app purchase in that app, there is currently no way to start one — not on this site, not in the browser version, and not in the Windows app. When the app is approved, this page will say so and link to it.
Cancelling takes about four taps.
Cancel or change the subscription
Because Apple handles the billing, you manage the subscription in your Apple account rather than in Ledgerlyne.
- On iPhone or iPad: Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → Ledgerlyne → Cancel Subscription
- Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends to avoid the next charge
- Access continues until the end of the period you already paid for
- Apple handles refunds and any price-change consent, under Apple's own policies
Deleting your Ledgerlyne login account does not cancel Apple billing, and cancelling does not delete your files.
What happens to your books
Your books are a file you keep, so they are not held hostage by the subscription.
- The .ledgerlyne file stays exactly where you put it
- Any CSV exports you made are yours to keep
- We cannot delete files in your own storage, and we cannot read them
Using Ledgerlyne to open and edit a book requires an active subscription after the trial ends.
Before you subscribe
Can I buy Ledgerlyne without an Apple device?
No. The subscription is an in-app purchase in the iPhone and iPad app and requires Sign in with Apple, so an Apple device is needed to start it — even if you intend to do your bookkeeping on Windows or in a browser.
Do I pay separately for the Windows app or the browser version?
No. Both are included in the same $9.99 monthly subscription at no extra cost. You sign in with Apple and the subscription you already have applies.
Is there a per-company or per-device charge?
No. One subscription covers the company profiles you keep and the devices you sign in on.
Is there an annual plan, or a free tier?
No. There is a 7-day free trial and a single $9.99 monthly plan.
What happens after the trial if I do nothing?
The subscription begins and your Apple account is charged $9.99, then monthly, until you cancel. Cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends if you do not want that.
Who do I ask about a charge or a refund?
Apple. Apple processes the payment, manages billing and decides refunds. We never see or store your card number or Apple ID password. For anything about the app itself, use the support page.
The Windows app and the browser version are here now.
