Continue with the Apple account you use in Ledgerlyne on your iPhone. Your subscription includes this desktop companion. An internet connection is required to confirm access.
Your companies stay separate. A book opens only for the account that owns it.

Nothing is uploaded to Ledgerlyne. Signing in confirms who owns the book. The book file, its subscription pass, and every report stay in storage you control and are read only inside this browser tab.

Ledgerlyne reads the spreadsheet in this browser, validates every date and amount, skips duplicates, and posts only balanced entries.
Import names and email addresses from CSV or Excel. They stay inside this book and are used only when you choose to email a report.
Ledgerlyne sign-in stores only the account information needed to keep customers separate. Your company file never passes through a Ledgerlyne server, and only your signed subscription transaction is sent to our service to confirm access with Apple.
The Ledgerlyne subscription is purchased in the app on iPhone or iPad, through Apple. This browser app cannot start, change or cancel a subscription; it only reads the signed pass file your iPhone or iPad writes next to your book.
Ledgerlyne stores only the authentication record needed to identify your account. Company, financial, contact, and report data remain in your chosen file.
Deleting your login does not delete files in Dropbox, iCloud Drive, or this computer and does not cancel Apple billing.
Ledgerlyne checks that pass entirely inside this tab: it must be signed by Apple, issued for Ledgerlyne Monthly, and still inside its paid period. Nothing about it is uploaded or kept.
Use “Select the pass file” when your book folder is not shared with this browser — Ledgerlyne then cannot see files sitting next to your book.
Ledgerlyne Monthly is purchased in the iPhone or iPad app through Apple. There is nothing to buy, upgrade or cancel here.
Pick the company book to open. Ledgerlyne looks for its subscription pass in the same folder.
